Fed Ex refused to deliver package - package
Had a package sent overnight its now been 2 days. When I called to require were my package was the CS rep told me the driver had to return due to weather. When I pointed out to her there was no weather here and that they package was coming from Huntington WV which is only 35 miles away. She kept insisting it was about bad weather. I informed her that I work in Huntington and had just drove home from there with no snow, rain nothing and dry roads, she immediately changed her story and said it was do to driver being delayed do to something beyond the drivers control. I pointed out to her that according to the tracking the driver went back to station 2 hours before delivery time not after it and it is only a 50 min. drive from Huntington, all she said was sorry. when I asked her if they were going to deliver it the next day she said no. She said they may deliver Monday 5 days late, but she wouldn't guarantee it. DON'T USE THEM if you need it delivered when they say it will. At this point I am not sure if my package will ever get delivered.
