Fed Ex Consumer Complaint
After receiving a notice that I had a package waiting I went to the office the following day. It was after 5pm . I was told the driver would be back at 5:30p. I decided to wait since I live a half hour away. At 6pm I went back into the office and was told the driver had failed to come back because he went to help someone. I asked that the package be brought back to my home this evening since it was supposed to be in the office. The woman that was helping me was nice and trying to find a way to help me with this. Fed Ex Consumer Complaint
Fed Ex driver did not bother to drive up our driveway to deliver package- ( they have done so before) there is no excuse regarding our address- we are one of two driveways on our country road and they have been here before - he left the package next to our mailbox next to the road!! I tracked the time and it was delivered at 2PM We found the package when we got home at 4:30. This was just sheer laziness and totally inexcusable!!! More...

i reach home to find a door tag from fed ex,not hanging on my door knob or sticking on the door itself,on the ground,so i read it it didnt say anything about sorry i missed u and well be back the following day ,a friend of mine was at my home and didnt hear no one knock,so i tracked the package and it said my package was deliverd and left at the door.no package at my door,so i called the 1800 number on the door tag,spoke to a representative and he searched my order and he seen it had been delivered,he told me it would be an investigation and took my adress and phone,and said someone would...
